Rosemary and paprika baby potatoes

Ingredients
- Baby dutch baby potatoes: 1 bag (1.5 lb)
- Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp for roasting and extra for drizzling when serving
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Fresh rosemary:
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Pepper: 1 tsp
- Smoked Paprika 1 tbsp
Preparation
Boil potatoes in a large pot, add salt to the water.
When potatoes are tender, remove from water and let them cool.
Cut potatoes in half.
Heat a pan with olive oil and add potatoes, garlic (whole cloves), salt, pepper and rosemary.
Roast potatoes until golden, then add smoked paprika and continue mixing until all potatoes are coated with paprika.
Serve in a large plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with more smoked paprika.
