Ingredients
- Chicken breast (4)
- Eggs (2)
- Bread crumbs (Italian Seasoned) or Panko (1 container of 15 oz)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Pepper (1 tsp)
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts in small cubes, and place them in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix them with your hands and then add the bitten eggs. Make sure every piece of chicken is covered with the eggs.
Pass all the chicken cubes on bread crumbs deep dish, making sure that each piece is covered with bread crumbs. You can press each cube with your hands to cover them.
Fry chicken nuggets in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Children love chicken nuggets, you can serve this dish with salad, pasta or rice.
