Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs (10 units)
  • lemon zest (2)
  • lemon juice (2)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • pepper (1 tsp)
  • freshly chopped rosemary (2 tbsp)
  • freshly chopped tarragon (2 tbsp)
  • garlic (3 cloves)

Preparation

Remove the fat from the chicken thighs and place them in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, lemon zest, rosemary, tarragon, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Use your hands to mix all the herbs and seasoning on the chicken. Let the chicken rest for one hour.

Preheat the barbecue for 5 minutes (Medium temperature). Place the chicken thighs on the grill and turn them when they are tender and juicy (about 7 minutes each side).

Serve it with your favorite salad.
